But When I run MS12, under Media Generators I get two options: NewBlue Titler EX – OpenFX and NewBlue TitlerPro – OpenFX. On my system drive in Program Files I deleted all folders for MS12 and NewBlue and in Program Files (X86) I did the same. So I uninstalled VMS11 and MS12, uninstalled all the NewBlue plugins. Since then I have had all sorts of problems with Titles, Transitions and Video FX in both VMS 11 and MS12 (64bit). When I tried to update the NewBlue Titler EX the link was to the Titler Pro which I did not see. Hi again and thanks for your help so far. In Transitions or Video FX, when I try to use any of the NewBlue options, MS12 crashes out.

NewBlue have replied to me as follows "Unfortunately, the "Check for Updates" is reporting the current Titler Pro version and not a newer TitlerEx version.
